At RED DESIGNER, every product is made-to-order with care and crafted to reflect individuality and creativity. Because our products are custom, produced, shipping and return conditions differ from traditional retail stores. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy.

 

Order Processing

All products are made on demand once your order is placed.


Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during :

  • Holiday seasons

  • High-volume promotional periods

  • Unexpected production delays

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination :

United States : 3–8 business days
Canada : 5–12 business days
Europe : 5–15 business days
International Orders : 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local logistics conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on :

  • Delivery destination

  • Product type

  • Order quantity

  • Carrier rates

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping fees may apply. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. If tracking confirms successful delivery, RED DESIGNER is not responsible for :

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout


Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for :

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes after purchase

  • Minor color differences caused by screen display settings

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund products if :

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

  • Print quality is defective


Claims must be submitted within 20 days of delivery. Please include :

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
